The Growth 360° Scan is a diagnostic tool provided by Merluno Consulting. Results are indicative and intended as a conversation starter, not as prescriptive business advice.

2. No warranty

The scan is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. You use the scan and act on the results at your own risk.

3. Intellectual property

The scan, its methodology, copy, and branding are the property of Merluno Consulting. You may share your own result. You may not reproduce or resell the scan itself without written permission.
