1. Who we are

The Growth 360° Scan is operated by Merluno Consulting ("we", "us"). Reach us at welcome@merluno.com.

2. What we collect

The scan itself runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are kept in your browser's session storage and are erased when you close the tab. We do not require an account and we do not store your answers on our servers.

Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) may be retained by our hosting provider for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

3. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary storage (see the Cookie Policy). We do not use advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies.

4. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because we do not store scan answers, most requests will concern hosting logs only.

5. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
